Assistance Services
We offer three types of technical assistance.
1. Assistance by phone. By giving us a call, we will help you diagnose your problem and help you find the best way to fix your problem.
2. Service Call. In the case where you cannot find a viable solution or where your problem cannot be diagnosed by phone, a technician will go to your location and have a look at your equipment.
3. Sending your machine to our workshop. In the case where major interventions are required, you can send your equipment by transport, and we will de the necessary work to fix your problem.
